Our client a global leader in Customer Data Science is seeking a Senior ER Manager, to join their People team on a 12-month FTC basis. Their mission is to empower businesses to thrive in the data-driven economy by always putting the Customer First.

The role:
This role offers the opportunity to lead the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence and play a pivotal role in creating a harmonious work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, productivity, and growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the employee relations roadmap, managing complex workplace issues, and leading initiatives aligned with the organisational values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate experience handling cases globally, with a focus on EMEA markets.
- Coach, educate, and mentor People Business Partners in employee relations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee relations roadmap.
- Analyse ER data to devise proactive strategies for workplace improvement.
- Manage complex casework with a proven track record.
- Lead training and development for the People team and managers.
- Oversee the development and compliance of People Policies and procedures.
- Exhibit passion, courage, and a hands-on approach.
