HR Advisor - Graduate Programme
Minumum 2 years experience as an Advisor and minimum 2 years in jobs
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £45,000
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role:
Out client is looking to fill an exciting HR Advisor position within a leading real estate firm. This role, based in Central London, offers the opportunity to work closely with graduates, contributing to a high APC pass rate and delivering a reputable experience for all participants in the graduate programme.
Key Duties:
- Support graduate onboarding process (pre and post-joining)
- Organise and host events, including annual graduate Meet and Greet and Induction
- Manage the London graduate rotation, ensuring proper exposure for APC attainment
- Provide follow-up rotation support: appraisals, HR system updates, IT updates
- Offer guidance on company procedures to graduates, supervisors, and mentors
- Manage/support ER casework and related administration
- Monitor performance, absence cases, probation, and sickness notifications
- Conduct exit interviews
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on graduate-related matters
- Facilitate global rotations, placements, and secondments
- Support the annual remuneration process
- Coordinate London mock interviews for APC preparation
- Liaise with qualification providers and academic institutions
- Handle monthly payroll administration for graduates and leavers
- Assist with Graduate Committee initiatives
- Support the transition from graduate to Newly Qualified, including APC preparation, contract and payroll administration, and event organization for Newly Qualified Drinks
- Generate reports for ad-hoc requests
Skills Required:
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and resilience
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Diplomatic and discreet
- Proactive with a sense of ownership
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Office skills advantageous
- Experience in HR/Early Careers
- Knowledge of employment law
- Experience in graduate training and event organisation is a plus
- Understanding of APC and qualification processes is beneficial but not essential
- Ideally CIPD qualified
