Oakleaf Partnerships are representing a dynamic international law firm who are recruiting for an Early Careers Administrator to join their collaborative team and supporting on the recruitment and development of trainee solicitors and solicitor apprentices.

About the role

The Early Careers Administrator will update the early careers website, managing social media accounts, and organise careers fairs and open days.

The role involves screening applications, facilitating assessment centres, and providing feedback to candidates. Additionally, the administrator will handle all new joiner paperwork, ensure HR systems are updated, and support the induction programmes for new trainees and apprentices.

The role also includes assisting with the qualification process, secondment arrangements, and maintaining compliance with GDPR. Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives and liaising with the People Team are also integral parts of this role.

Candidate profile/experience

The ideal candidate will have six to twelve months of experience in Early Careers within professional services, preferably in the legal sector.

Strong interpersonal skills, a professional and positive attitude, and the ability to build robust internal and external relationships are essential.

Creativity, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are crucial. The ability to work calmly under pressure, handle a high-volume workload, and maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality is also required.
