This role of the HR Generalist is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. Your role will be to provide HR and Employee Relations support, working collaboratively with the Human Resources team to deliver high-quality services.

Our client is a respected leader in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry with a substantial workforce numbering in the thousands, operating in the Leeds area.
Description
The interim HR Generalist will:
- Provide HR guidance and support to the business
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and policies
- Identify and address HR issues and trends affecting the business using a range of MI
- Provide support and guidance on a broad range of ER issues
- Facilitate employee development and performance management
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to improve HR procedures and policies
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and legislation
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
Profile
The successful HR Generalist should be/have:
- Extensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- A solid understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Qualification in Human Resources or related field preferred though not essential
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
Job Offer
This interim HR Generalist role is a great opportunity to join an experienced and friendly HR team. On offer for the role is:
- Salary of £35-50,000 per year dependent on experience

- Site based role in the Leeds area, with some opportunity for flexibility
