PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful, vibrant and growing Supply Chain organisation based in the Midlands with the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a passionate and experienced team.
This role will predominantly be home-based working with 1 day per week travel to site (Midlands/East Anglia).
Our client is a highly reputable firm in the Supply Chain Sector, working with a range of global brands, this is a very exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in the growth and success of this organisation.
Description
As a Talent Acquisition partner, you will take full responsibility for the recruitment life cycle, you will have a proactive approach to ensure an excellent service to both candidates and hiring managers.
In addition to delivery, you will also offer strategic recommendations to this evolving and expanding organisation.
You will work in an autonomous capacity and duties will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source top talent through various channels
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Work with stakeholders to create job descriptions
- Ensure an effective induction and on-boarding process.
- You will work with a wide portfolio of roles however, the main portfolio will be managerial to executive appointments
Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Partner for this role should have:
- A proven background in a similar proactive Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role
- Comfortable working autonomously and working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Essentially you will have a proven background in the Supply chain/Distribution/Logistics sector
- You will have a proven background at recruiting a wide range of roles up to executive appointments
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
