Reward Analyst - London - Largely Remote - Transport - 60k - Permanent
Your new companyGlobal commercial firm that operates in over 50 countries. Due to continued success, the organisation is investing in its reward team and hiring a Reward Analyst on a permanent basis.
Your new roleAs the Reward Analyst you will report, analyse, update and submit pay changes to payroll, produce and analyse reports re. Gender Pay reporting and provide pay model reporting and analysis to enable annual pay negotiations. You will also, as the Reward Analyst, be heavily involved in the annual bonus cycle and be responsible for the administration of benefits including liaising with 3rd party vendors as well as pensions, car salary sacrifice etc. You will work closely with the HR Shared Services and Global Mobility teams, providing support on employees who are seconded outside / into the UK. Finally, you will build strong relationships with HR Leadership and the HRBPs, communicating on key reward activities.
What you'll need to succeedAs the Reward Analyst, you will need previous experience in a Reward Analyst role, be well-versed in working across the benefits cycle and be comfortable in analysing business reports. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and senior HR leaders. You will be able to numerate with the ability to understand and analyse complex information and data, as well as have advanced level skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ideally, as the Reward Analyst, you will have a good understanding of HR policies and practices and continuous improvement and have a degree or equivalent, e.g. CIPD Level 5 or above or have equivalent Reward Management qualifications/ experience. You will ideally have knowledge of Mercer Job Evaluation systems and be proficient in SAP or Workday.
