HR / People Advisor - Lincoln - £30000 to £35000 DOE - plus great benefits package. Flexible and Hybrid working (after probation period.)

Your new role.

This role is working within the People Advisory team (HR), reporting to the HR / People Business Partner, to provide an effective and comprehensive advisory and support service to Line Managers and staff across the business.
Responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1st line HR advise and guidance to Line Managers and employees in all areas of Human Resources such as absence management, grievance, disciplinaries, flexible working requests, maternity/paternity, family friendly policies, performance etc
  • Support and coach Line Manager on People / HR policies and procedures
  • ER case work and resolution including investigation, meetings and follow up actions etc
  • Manage absence, working with Line Managers and employees, Occupational Health etc to assist colleague "back to work"
  • Wellbeing support
  • Support People/HR Partners with projects

This role is a great role for a HR Coordinator or Advisor who wants to join a professional but fun team and work within the generalist HR advisory space.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have:

  • The CIPD Level 3 Qualification and be working towards Level 5 (or equivalent experience level).
  • Have up to date and in-depth working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience from a large organisation
  • Experience in advising, coaching and guiding Line Manager in HR issues
