Description

• Design and implement reward strategies and programmes.
• Conduct extensive market research to ensure competitiveness of reward programmes.
• Collaborate with HR and Management to develop recognition initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices within the financial services industry.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as:
  • Compensation related policy adaptation
  • Compensation related Process Engineering
  • Expat (Outward bound) Policy Development
• Assisting with an upcoming Benefits and Well-being fair

Profile

A successful Interim Reward Projects Specialist should have:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing reward strategies.
• Demonstrable current experience of compensation based policy and procedure design and review
• Exceptional project management skills.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of reward strategies in a corporate and global environment

Job Offer
