This role seeks an Interim Reward Projects Specialist for a financial services firm based in London. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and enhancing the company's reward and recognition programmes.

Description
- Design and implement reward strategies and programmes.
- Conduct extensive market research to ensure competitiveness of reward programmes.
- Collaborate with HR and Management to develop recognition initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices within the financial services industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as:
- Compensation related policy adaptation
- Compensation related Process Engineering
- Expat (Outward bound) Policy Development
- Assisting with an upcoming Benefits and Well-being fair
Profile
A successful Interim Reward Projects Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing reward strategies.
- Demonstrable current experience of compensation based policy and procedure design and review
- Exceptional project management skills.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of reward strategies in a corporate and global environment
Job Offer
- A daily rate, inside IR35 of £400-£500 per day (Umbrella or PAYE equivalent)
