HR Advisor

A leading financial currently have a search open for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in Paris and is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to gain experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support with HR administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely management of employee records and documents.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts across Paris and other parts of Europe.
• Assist with various HR operational tasks, particularly in payroll administration.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Support the full HR cycle, from onboarding through to exit procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with HR teams across Europe to maintain alignment and support smooth HR operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluency in French is essential, with strong communication skills in English.
• Shown expertise in French labour law.
• Experience providing guidance on employee relations.
• Prior experience in an HR advisory role, with exposure to HR operations and employee relations.
