Working on 2 opportunities for HR Advisor for this leading private health care provider. 1 role is based in Bushey, the other in Harpenden. The role is 5 days a week on site and ER biased.

My client is a leading private health care provider with sites across the UK.

Description

The HR Advisor will report in into the Hospital Director with a dotted line into the wider HR team. The role is based on-site and will be the first point of call for HR. The HR Advisor is a real generalist role with a bias towards employee relations.

Profile

The successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator that is happy working in a fast paced environment. The role will have an ER focus and be working with the site senior management so experience pertaining to this is a huge advantage.

Job Offer

An attractive salary of up to £45,000 with good benefits and progression.
