An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented HR Manager to join a not-for-profit organisation based in Wirral. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategic development of the Human Resources department.

Our client is a reputable not-for-profit organisation, offering quality nursing care services to the elderly. Employing over 100 staff across various departments, they are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all their employees and service users.

Description

  • Reporting into the CEO
  • Lead and manage the Human Resources department
  • A generalist role responsible for all aspects of HR
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Worked in a generalist, stand alone HR Manager role
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
