The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including strategic planning, program design and delivery, budget management, and performance analysis.

About the role

The Learning & Development Advisor is a key position responsible for driving the company's learning and development initiatives across all levels of the organization.

This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and employee growth. The advisor will create and implement comprehensive training plans, work closely with managers to identify skill gaps and design development programs that align with both individual career aspirations and business needs.

They will also manage mandatory training requirements, oversee early-career initiatives, and provide valuable insights on the return on investment of learning activities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of learning and development best practices, with proven experience in implementing successful L&D initiatives.

They should be adept at creating and delivering training programs for diverse groups and comfortable working with employees at all levels of seniority. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a customer-focused, results-oriented approach.

While not mandatory, professional HR qualifications, relevant training certifications, and familiarity with HRIS systems would be beneficial.
