Reward Analyst - 6 month FTC
- Salary up to £50,000
- Predominately Remote - Once per month in the London Office
I have partnered with a fantastic, listed organisation who are looking for a Reward Analyst to join them on a 6-month FTC to support on the delivery of a company-wide salary benchmarking project. This opportunity will be offered as an initial 6-month FTC but has the potential to be made permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Senior Reward Manager to support on the organisation's salary benchmarking project.
- This is a high volume position where you will be involved with benchmarking, job evaluation and grading of roles internationally.
- Benchmarking using the WTW methodology.
- Supporting with the annual salary and bonus review process.
- Support with ad-hoc project work.
- Build knowledge of local market trends and provide feedback around salary range competitiveness.
Candidate Experience:
- Prior experience salary benchmarking, preferably using the WTW methodology.
- Highly analytical with excellent excel skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Presentation skills.
