Reward Analyst

Reward Analyst - 6 month FTC

• Salary up to £50,000
• Predominately Remote - Once per month in the London Office

I have partnered with a fantastic, listed organisation who are looking for a Reward Analyst to join them on a 6-month FTC to support on the delivery of a company-wide salary benchmarking project. This opportunity will be offered as an initial 6-month FTC but has the potential to be made permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Senior Reward Manager to support on the organisation's salary benchmarking project.
• This is a high volume position where you will be involved with benchmarking, job evaluation and grading of roles internationally.
• Benchmarking using the WTW methodology.
• Supporting with the annual salary and bonus review process.
• Support with ad-hoc project work.
• Build knowledge of local market trends and provide feedback around salary range competitiveness.

Candidate Experience:

• Prior experience salary benchmarking, preferably using the WTW methodology.
• Highly analytical with excellent excel skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Presentation skills.
