A great opportunity for a Junior HR BP-12 Month FTC, within a fast-paced, commercial, inclusive workplace where every team member can thrive. This will suit a proactive HR Business Partner who enjoys both operational HR duties and some HR strategy and HR projects. Hybrid-2 days per week in the office in Northampton, 3 days based from home.
Main duties and responsibilities:

  • You will report in to a Senior HR BP and will be responsible for delivering operational HR services, managing complex ER cases from end-end, high risk cases and appeals, developing and delivering training on HR best practice, supporting with change management and re-structures, TUPE and redundancies and business improvement programmes.
  • Support with the implementation of HR initiatives around talent and succession planning, performance management, reward, wellness, engagement, policy changes, resourcing, and organisational effectiveness.
  • You will be responsible for tracking and analysing HR metrics and management information, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Update, maintain, and promote HR systems to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to support all recruitment activities, ensuring timely responses and delivery.

  • Skills and experience required:
  • Ideally, part or fully CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • You must have experience as an HR BP or Junior HR BP.
  • You must have experience managing TUPE, redundancies, and restructures from end-end.
