The People and Culture Team has a significant part to play in our journey and we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work collaboratively as a member of the relevant business leadership teams.  

We’re looking for an accomplished senior HRBP who can focus on leading the Human Resources Business Partner team, collaborating with the business – understanding needs at every level and acting strategically to satisfy those, and instil confidence 

  

You’ll provide proactive and pragmatic senior level support and guidance to leaders, colleagues and to the People & Culture team on all aspects of employment law and people management and provide mentoring and expertise on complex employee relations case management.    

We’re looking for those that  a candidate who can work proactively and collaboratively as a member of the relevant business leadership teams providing HR expertise to improve individual and business performance through the development and implementation of people strategy and plans.  

   

You will be encouraged to be innovative and work autonomously in the delivery of HR business partnering services. Providing stakeholders with informed solution focused options-based approaches to risk management ensuring a high quality, timely, fair, and consistent approach is taken to people management.  

  

Critical knowledge, skills and experience required  

  • Chartered CIPD Status   

  • Experience working in an HRBP role, with solid background in dealing with complex HR/ER issues and excellent employment law knowledge  

  • Experience working with senior organisational leaders, supporting, and influencing effectively 

  • Experience of developing HR Strategies and business people plans  

  • The ability to operate at all levels, and particularly effectively at a senior level is key   

  • Coaching and mentoring skills
