Payroll Specialist - 6 month FTC - Hybrid - London - up to £48,000 per annum


Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a professional services firm, which is seeking a Payroll Specialist, on a 6 month FTC basis. You will be assisting the UK payroll, consisting of 4,000 volume, via inhouse.



The Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

  • Preparing of all payments, including all statutory payments, pension contributions and salary sacrifice schemes for the UK
  • Provide comprehensive support to employees with payroll enquires
  • Work closely with the team to ensure processing accuracy and data integrity
  • Acting as the point of contact and subject-matter expert for all payroll, queries from employees
  • Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
  • Full responsibility for monthly Pension transfers.



Key Skills:

  • Have a minimum of 8 years exposure of UK payroll
  • Inhouse payroll experience is essential
  • SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical and methodical in your approach to problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication
