Job Details
Recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a 3 - 4 month FTC. Must be able to commit to 4/5 days on site in Birmingham City Centre. Must have previous experience required: ER, advice and guidance, work closely with the SLT, restructure and redundancy.

Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Must be able to work in the office 4 or 5 days a week
- Commit to a 3 to 4 month contract
- Previous experience of organisational restructure, redundancies, ER, offering general HR Advice and TUPE
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
