Interim HR BP - retail - Immediate start - London Hybrid 3 days per week

A growing retail and leisure business.
Your new role
Joining a successful and growing retail business you will be responsible for a generalist HR remit supporting a retail store population. You will manage a high volume of ER cases as well as working with the recruitment and L&D centres of excellence.
To apply for this role it is essential that you have a proven background of working as an HR Manager/ BP within a retail environment where you have led a variety of ER casework including disciplinary and grievances. It is essential you can start a new role immediately and can commit to working 3 days per week in the London office.
