Are you an experienced Employee Relations (ER) professional looking for a dynamic and impactful role? - Engage with intricate cases from a legal perspective, ensuring compliance with ACAS guidelines and public sector policies. Your daily interactions with ACAS will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the Strategic People Partners and Wellbeing Team. Your input will shape the ER strategy and contribute to the overall wellbeing of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex ER cases, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to public sector policies.
- Provide hands-on support and leadership to the ER team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Serve as the primary liaison with ACAS, maintaining daily communication to navigate and resolve ER issues.
- Collaborate with the executive team, offering strategic advice and support on all ER matters.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an ER role within the public sector.
- Extensive knowledge of ACAS guidelines and experience in liaising with ACAS.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for employee relations.
- Ability to work in London one day per week, with Tuesdays being the preferred HR day.
