Job Details
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
- Identify training needs through needs assessments when consulting with stakeholders
- Develop key relationships with internal stakeholders including HRBP's to present and deliver the L&D organsiation strategy
- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs including design of relevant L&D training required and identified taking into account existing material at Global and Regional level, on behavioural and leadership programs,
- Partner with external vendors where relevant and identify the most suitable learning solutions
- Lead and facilitate learning interventions in Luxembourg and London offices
- Manage the L&D budget
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience within an L&D role in professional services or a corporate environment.
- Demonstrate understanding and experience of the full training cycle, including needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
- Fluent English is essential for this role
