OD/L&D Partner

  • £30.11 - £39.00 per hour.
  • 3-4 months initially
  • x2 days a week on site

The Role
As one of four key OD People Partners, this role is vital to the Learning & Development team within the Organisational Development (OD) unit. You will be customer-facing, understanding the needs of clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading professional development initiatives.
  • Driving leadership and management development programmes.
  • Providing coaching and team development.
  • Enhancing digital learning platforms.

Key Projects:

  • Management Development Programme: Equip line managers with essential skills to excel.
  • People Management Essentials: A critical programme aimed at upskilling all staff.
  • Digital Induction: Innovate the induction process with digital solutions.

You will need:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record of delivering impactful projects.
  • Ability to understand and align with organisational values and vision.
  • Experience in managing short-term, high-impact projects.
  • While a background in Higher Education is advantageous, it is not essential.
