Are you looking to join a growing company looking to expand their HR team?

Ashley Kate are delighted to be exclusively supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Administrator to join the team.

Bristol

Full time

Permanent

£30k-£35k - depending on experience

As the HR Administrator, you will support and assist with a full range of HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage paperwork for new starters including contracts, HR forms for onboarding and the onboarding process.
Maintain HR Database.
Actively involved with Recruitment, arranging interviewing, screening candidates and generate offer letters.
Update company policies and communications.
Produce monthly reports to the People Director on HR related activities.

We are looking for:

Proven solid background working as a HR Administrator.
Knowledge of HR and Employment Law.
Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
Very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
