Oakleaf Partnership are working with a well-established and reputable business near Preston within the Hospitality & Leisure sector. Due to an increased workload, they are seeking support from an experienced HR Advisor who has strong knowledge of employment law and experience in employee relations. The role will support the Senior HR Advisor with casework for a period of three months. This is a lovely opportunity to join a close-knit HR team working in a fantastic environment. 5 days a week on-site is required.

What is the role?

As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with and report into the Senior HR advisor. The role will involve management of employee relations casework from start to finish, performance management, and coaching department managers through these processes. You will build and maintain strong relationships with department managers and other stakeholders. You will attend meetings as a note taker and guide each stage of the process. This role sits within a wider HR team and may be required to support other remits. The role is initially for a period of three months with the potential to be extended.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role, with strong knowledge of employee relations casework. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build credible relationships with people at all levels. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. CIPD qualification at junior level is desirable but not essential.
