An opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager with strong leadership skills to shape and drive the human resources UK arm of the business. Partnering the General Manager for the UK you will be working in a generalist role for all aspects of HR as well as driving the HR strategy.

Client Details

A Global Business with 3 business units in the UK going through a harmonisation project.

Description

· Supporting all HR-related topics and key processes, from workforce budget to recruiting, performance management, development & learning, welfare & compensation.

· Enhancing and implementing the recruiting strategy to attract and hire best in class candidates for positions in UK across multiple functions including (but not limited to) sales & operations, finance & accounting, marketing and technology.

· Contributing to develop and execute Organisational & People Growth initiatives and projects (e.g. Employee Satisfaction survey, talent development, succession plans, implementation of HR Global Guidelines & Policies, training initiatives, etc.).

· Accountable for operational HR activities such as the administrative parts of hiring processes (drafting contracts, mandatory communications, pension funds, etc.)

· Acting as a point of reference on HR-related issues for all the colleagues in UK approx 70 employees

· Monitor and identify learning needs, as well as executing learning and programs; measure and track learning and training performances.

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Proven working experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • CIPD qualified

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of around £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, with a potential 20% bonus.
  • 3 days site based, 2 days WFH
  • 23 days AL + BH
  • Pension 3% employer
  • Death in Service
