Job Details
This position requires a diligent and detail orientated Reward Analyst who will be responsible for the analytical support on reward initiatives such as bonuses, pay reviews and supporting the reward cycle with job evaluation, maintenance of grade architecture and pay scales.
The successful candidate will also be required to translate large volumes of data into actionable summaries which will then be used in the Reward process.

Description
- Conduct benchmarking activities and data analysis within the industry to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Prepare and present analytical reports on reward policies and initiatives (eg, bonuses, pay reviews, job evaluation, pay scales and grading)
- Translating large volumes of data into from various sources into usable and actionable summaries
- Data cleansing
- Supporting with the annual salary review and bonus process
Profile
A successful Reward Analyst should have:
- Proven experience as a Reward Analyst in a similar role.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A good understanding of reward management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
