The HR Manager will be in a stand-alone role, managing all the Human Resources within the company.

Description
- Leading the Human Resources function in a stand-alone role.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Managing and implementing L&D strategies.
- Strong focus on D&I strategies and implementation.
- Overseeing employee services and counselling.
- Creating and revising job descriptions, and contracts.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Experience and confident in a stand-alone role
- TUPE experience
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Expertise in HR systems and databases
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
