Job Title: People Partner - Distribution Centres
Location: Field based
Salary: Up to £75k plus great bens

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic People Partner working for a leading retailer who will support the distribution centres. In this critical role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver the people plan, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy. Your expertise will help drive engagement, performance, and employee satisfaction across the distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders to shape and implement the people strategy across distribution centres.
Build strong relationships with union representatives and navigate complex employee relations issues.
Lead on initiatives around workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
Ensure effective delivery of HR policies and procedures, fostering a high-performance culture.
Coach and support management in addressing key people challenges and opportunities.
About You:

Proven experience as a People Partner, ideally within a unionised environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels.
Demonstrable experience in driving people strategies that support operational excellence.
Great commercial acumen
