Job Details
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement a global compensation and benefits strategy that supports business objectives and fosters employee engagement and retention across all regions.
- Working in partnership with the enterprise compensation team to execute global compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks as well the wider enterprise's organisational goals.
- Stakeholder relationship Managaement, ability to influence and lead on compensation and benefit best practice
- Lead the design and implementation and administration of all compensation and benefits programs
- Partner with regional people partners on benefit plan renewal processes
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices across regions and industries to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Support the regional people partners with compensation recommendation and approvals.
- Oversee job evaluation processes, ensuring consistent and fair job grading across the organisation.
- Develop and harmonize compensation and benefits policies and procedures across regions, balancing global consistency with local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant global laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits, including but not limited to tax regulations, and healthcare legislation
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in compensation and benefits management, with significant experience in a global context.
- Deep understanding of global compensation and benefits principles, practices, and trends, with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing global strategies in a complex, multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and compliance considerations related to compensation and benefits
- Able to travel to regional offices in Europe
