The Employee Relations Advisor will play a pivotal role in managing a range of ER issues (some complex), providing expert advice and guidance, and promoting a positive working environment. This role is perfectly suited to an individual passionate about employee relations and who wants to work for a FTSE 250 business, who puts their People Plans and agenda at the core of their business

Description

  • Providing expert advice on a wide range of employee relations issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all staff.
  • Participating in the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Collaborating with the Human Resources team to implement HR initiatives.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of ER strategies.
  • Promoting a positive working culture within the retail environment.

Profile

The successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:

  • Demonstrable Employee Relations experience
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A thorough understanding of employee relations and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.

Job Offer
