Reward Analyst
* Permanent
* Hybrid Working - 2 to 3 days a week in the London office
* Salary up to £55,000 plus bonus

I am working with a global engineering company who are looking for a Reward Analyst to work closely alongside the Reward Manager. This is a great opportunity for reward professionals who are looking to broaden their reward knowledge and skills and gain experience in international market. The role will include a mixture of business as usual activities alongside getting involved with some exciting project work.
About the role:
* Supporting with cyclical reward processes such as, profit share payments and annual salary and bonus review.
* Salary benchmarking and pay budget setting.
* Providing analysis, insights and commentary on HR and talent data.
* Support on strategic project work.
About the candidate:
* Previous experience in a reward position and completing at least 1 full reward cycle.
* Advanced excel skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly analytical and experience working with large data sets.
* Inquisitive and eager to learn.
