Description
As the HR Business Partner you will:
- Developing people strategies aligned with business goals
- Delivering HR solutions to business units
- Implementing talent management and succession planning
- Driving performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Assisting in change management processes
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Collaborating with HR teams to streamline processes
- Managing HR related projects as required
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should:
- Be fluent in French, both written and verbal
- Experience in strategic and operational HR roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, ideally in the UK and France
- Experience in change management and organisational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
Job Offer
£50k - £60k + Car Allowance
The role is based in Plymouth with regular travel to Portsmouth, Poole and France!
