PageGroup are supporting a large, highly successful national organisation with the appointment of an Interim HR Advisor to join for a circa 6-9 month project based in North Leicestershire.

This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days onsite and 2 home per week.

Description

As an Interim HR Advisor, you will support a busy HR Business Partner with a range of HR change management projects including restructures and redundancies.

You will also support with generalist HR people matters in this business corporate organisation.

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar position.

You will be comfortable dealing with a wide range of employee relations matters and also supporting with change projects such as restructures and redundancies
