Job Details


A new requirement for an experienced professional HR Business Partner who will partner with key divisional leadership teams and drive forward a range of strategic HR & OD initiatives.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad ranging role with a focus on :

  • Employee Engagement / experience
  • Workforce Planning
  • Strategic Recruitment
  • Senior HR support to business leaders
  • Organisational Design


Candidates

  • Chartered Member CIPD
  • CIPD Level 7
  • Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large scale organisations with unions
  • Experience of strategic HR & OD including - Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders.

Offer

  • 6 months contract working via Hays time sheets
  • PAYE £34 - 41 / Umbrella £39-49 per hour
  • Minimum 3 days on site in Bournemouth
