Payroll Specialist - Permanent - London - Hybrid - up to £55,000 per annum


Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a retail company, who are seeking a Payroll Specialist. You will be assisting the current team with processing 7 EMEA payrolls. Experience of processing EMEA payroll is essential for this role. This individual will assist with the day to day running of the payrolls, alongside being an integral part of the implementation team.


The Payroll Specialist will have the following skills:

  • Processing multiple monthly payrolls for 7 EMEA countries
  • Deliver payroll within agreed SLA's, ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process and controls
  • Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships
  • Assist with the refinement of EMEA payroll controls and process documentation



To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:

  • Experience of running EMEA payroll is essential
  • German, Italian or Swiss speaking is essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Be service driven with a high attention to detail
