Are you passionate about connecting top talent with great opportunities? We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our clients UK team. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in shaping the future of there organisations growth plans by identifying and securing the best candidates to drive our success.

I am looking for candidates with experience with managed access programs or expanded access program experience or have come from a Clinical Trial / Clinical Research organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies tailored to the organisation's needs.
  • Craft compelling job adverts to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Screen and refine candidate pipelines to identify the most suitable talent.
  • Conduct phone interviews with qualified applicants and schedule subsequent interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare interview questions and assist in the overall interview process.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers during the offer stage, advising on salary ranges, incentives, and other relevant details.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing strategies and by attending recruitment events.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance our organisation's visibility.
  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment processes to share with stakeholders.
  • Assist the HR team with additional talent-related tasks and conduct internal audits of recruitment practices.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Education, or Communication).
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment experience (LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment-related technologies.
