To strengthen the clients strategic intent through supporting initiatives that achieve excellence through our people. To provide high quality HR advisory and administrative support, bring HR insights to the client People team and operational managers, and support the delivery of their People Plan.

This client is an award-winning, specialist company that provides corporate organisations with a range of fully managed front and back of house guest services. They provide services in all major cities in UK & Ireland, also globally with a strong presence in North America, Canada, Denmark, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Description

* Understand the HR model and be able to advise themanagers where to go for help.


* Provide administrative support and be a trusted advisor for all HR related matters under the direction of the Head of HR.


* Provide expert support on any Employee Relations, advice and provide guidance to managers and leaders, upskilling them and ensuring policies are followed. Including note taking, letter writing, documentation organisation and coordination of HR cases.


* Understand staff benefits including pension, annual leave, refer a friend, private health care (where applicable), life assurance, incentives, etc. and provide excellence services to ambassadors and managers with questions and provide a timely resolution of employees issues to these matters


* Keep up to date with changes to UK legislation on employment law, HR updates, and then communicating HR best practices to the managers.


* Take the initiative to evaluate the effectiveness of current HR processes and implement improvement.


* Support our Diversity and Inclusion strategy by working alongside our Recruitment, DE&I and Learning & Development teams.


* Develop expertise in TUPE, including all processes.


* Lead the TUPE Gain and Loss administration and processes on behalf of the company, working closely with the Operational Leads to work towards a successful mobilisation

Job Offer

£40,000- £45,000

Permanent role

20 days annual leave and increasing to 25 after 1 year of service

3 days in the offie and 2 from home.
