An opportunity for a Senior HR Administrator has arisen within a global Financial Services firm based in London. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage human resources tasks, with a particular focus on recruitment and employee relations.

Description

  • Manage recruitment process including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage HR records accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support company objectives.
  • Conduct performance management and employee engagement activities.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations such as SMCR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
