Description
- Manage recruitment process including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues.
- Coordinate training and development programmes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Manage HR records accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to support company objectives.
- Conduct performance management and employee engagement activities.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum
- Experience in managing recruitment processes and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
- Working knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations such as SMCR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
