Job Description
The Senior HR Manager will be based in St Albans and will work across the firm's other sites (London (City), Milton Keynes & Rickmansworth) where appropriate, looking after our Tax teams. The role is then very much coaching and supporting the day-to-day HR operations for the HR Team and their departments, as well as working closely with the Strategic HR Director. This will give the Senior HR Manager the opportunity to look at value add projects to really give employees the best people experience that the firm can offer. The role will also deputise for the HR Director when required.
The Successful Applicant
Our people are our most important asset, and the HR team is greatly valued and respected. This is down to us having good strong relationships across the business and so your demonstrable ability to do this is key. You would need to be an experienced practitioner, ideally with professional services experience, easily able to use core HR skills to manage your own fee earning teams in Tax, as well as show us how you have delighted in ways to future proof your current firm's value proposition to employees.
