My client is looking for a strong administrator that is an expert in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. My client is looking for someone who can work swiftly and efficiently when given a brief and excute to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise advanced Excel skills to manage and analyse data effectively.
- Create compelling presentations in PowerPoint that communicate key messages clearly.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks using the full suite of Microsoft Office tools.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to briefs, ensuring high-quality output within tight deadlines.
Essential skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a business administration role is highly desirable.
