- Interim role for 12 months
- Day rate: paying up to £700/day

Oakleaf Partnership is representing an international Financial Services company with a great reputation for looking after employees. This organisation is looking for an interim HRBP to partner with senior management and provide advice across org design, TUPE transfer, employee consulttions, comms, change management and ER. You will also get involve with developing specific policies or policy amendments as relating to the project.
What is the role
You will be working closely with your key stakeholders to design and deliver a People Plan aligned to the business and project strategy. You will be responsible for designing a TUPE strategy and plan, define the retained org structure post project implementation, identify at risk employees, develop a retention strategy and define a plan to support implementation and transition of roles. You will be conducting a knowledge, skills and gap analysis and define a plan to upskill employees. You will be responsible for ER specific to the project. , support reward with salary benchmarking, anticipate problems and mitigate risk.
Candidate profile/Experience
- To apply you must have extensive HRBP experience within a matrix Financial Services organisation
- Demonstrate a proven track record of HR business partnering, strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills
- High level of IT Literacy including Excel
- Experience with change management, TUPE transfers and restructures
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
- Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of current UK employment law, and some knowledge of employment law across EMEA
- Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
