Oakleaf Partnership are working with a private healthcare business who are seeking an HR Business Partner. This is a full-time, permanent role that will operate in a generalist capacity and contribute to the creation of the people agenda for your region. You will support with generalist HR, various project work and stakeholder management. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking to have autonomy and impact on an HR function and business offering. The role is based in Greater Manchester/Cheshire.
What is the role?
As an HR Business Partner, you will report into the CHRO and work to develop and implement an HR strategy in areas such as talent, resourcing, reward, employee engagement and organisational development. You will act as the standalone HR, partnering with stakeholders across a variety of functions, managing sickness and absence casework, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation, managing initiatives relating to employee engagement and experience, supporting and guiding people leaders through employee relations matters and supporting end-to-end performance management processes. There will be a focus on improving manager capability and supporting teams on change programs including reorganisation and restructure. You will act in a generalist capacity and be used to working both at operational and strategic level.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar HR role, with a strong generalist background. You will have strong knowledge of employment law and be experienced in managing complex employee relations casework. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills. You will be confident working in a stand-alone role, reporting into a central HR function.
