Learning and Development Manager
Luxembourg
€85,000 - €100,000
Office working pattern - 3 days in the office
Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a financial services organisation on a Learning and Development Manager within their HR team. There will be travel required to the London office (20%) but the role will be based in Luxembourg.
The role
The Learning and Development Manager professional will be responsible for all training and learning across the business. The key element of this role will be to ensure that the learning strategy is aligned with the business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop key relationships with internal stakeholders including HRBP's to present and deliver the L&D organsiation strategy
- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs including design of relevant L&D training required and identified considering existing material at Global and Regional level, on behavioural and leadership programs,
- Partner with external vendors where relevant and identify the most suitable learning solutions
- Lead and facilitate learning interventions in Luxembourg and London offices
- Manage the L&D budget
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an L&D role in professional services or a corporate environment.
- Demonstrate understanding and experience of the full training cycle, including needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
- Fluent English is essential for this role
