They are currently recruiting full time Resourcing Leads to join their friendly people team and drive their recruitment and resourcing goals. This is an exciting time where you will play a key part in supporting bespoke recruitment events and find people who are keen to join their mission in making Scotland a better place to be.  

They are on the lookout for results driven individuals who put people first at the heart of all they do and who will deliver a first-class service to hiring managers and an all-round positive experience for potential candidates and applicants.  

As Resourcing Lead you be part of a team working together to ensure Quarriers are an employer of choice and independently drive recruitment and resourcing within an allocated area.  

Working pattern: This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week in line with our agile working policy, which blends home-working with office time and service visits. Typically working Monday -Friday and you will be required to support recruitment events when required based on organisational needs.   

 

What you will need to bring to the role  

  • Previous experience in recruitment resourcing is essential. 

  • Excellent team player and self-starter who thrives in a in fast-paced environment.   

  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.  

  • Membership of CIPD is desirable.
