Oakleaf Partnership North are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client an award-winning Law firm on a permanent basis. This firm has grown rapidly in the last few years organically though success and this role holds responsibility for the attraction of top talent ensure continued growth across all existing and upcoming UK locations.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager in this firm, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for qualified and non-qualified hires, attracting a diverse workforce through direct hiring and effective partnering with external suppliers. You will also work closely with SLT to understand what skills gaps, succession opportunities are within the teams, build talent pools and the firms brand in the market place. To be considered you will need to demonstrate.

  • Significant experience within the Legal industry inhouse or recruitment agency (experience within other PS or FS industries will be considered)
  • Demonstrate high level experience of proactive sourcing using various tools
  • Be able to work autonomously but also as part of a small team
  • Knowledge of ED&I best practice within TA
