Senior HR Business Partner role, permanent, with hybrid and flexible working.
Client Details
The client is a Not for Profit organisation in Wolverhampton.
Description
As Senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for;
- Partnering with managers and directors in the organisation
- Working closely with the wider HR team including other BPs, ER, Recruitment etc.
- Working closely with managers to develop line manager capability
- Identify areas for continuous improvement
- Support with developing policies and procedures
- Drive EDI agenda across assigned division
- Lead on talent management initiatives
- Provide expert HR advice on best practices, policies and procedures
Profile
The successful candidate will have;
- CIPD qualification L7
- Proven track record at Senior Business Partnering level within larger Public Sector or Not for Profit
- Strong in employee relations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good experience leading strategic HR initiatives
- Line management experience
