EMEA Payroll Analyst
- Permanent
- Up to £53,000 DOE
- Office location: Central London
- Hybrid working: 4 days per week in the office
We have a fantastic opportunity for a high achieving Payroll professional to join an exciting financial services firm in London. This is a sole role, managing UK (in-house) & International (outsourced) payrolls.
The EMEA Payroll Analyst responsibilities will include:
- End to end management of UK and international payrolls.
- Run the 2 in-house UK payrolls end to end (600 volume) using Workday.
- Lead the delivery of 5 international outsourced payrolls (150 total volume)
- Be the point of contact for payroll & benefits queries for the UK & EMEA.
- Support the monthly onboarding and offboarding processes for payroll & benefits.
- Completion of all payroll administration relating to maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave.
- Prepare and submit all statutory reporting (P60's, P11D's, ERS etc.)
- Work with the global payroll team based in the US on any payroll related projects.
- Ensure new starters and leavers are enrolled / removed from company benefit schemes.
- Management of benefit providers.
- Contribute ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- 2-5 years in-house UK payroll experience essential (ideally within a financial services environment)
- International payroll exposure desirable.
- Experience administering employee benefits.
- Experience using Workday payroll would be advantageous.
- CIPP qualified.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
