Description
The key responsibilities of a Project Admin Support candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Support with programme administrative duties such as data entry and file management.
- Note taking and producing documents.
- To manage programme calendar.
- Submit weekly team absence reports.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and assist in the preparation of necessary documents.
- Liaise effectively with team members and other departments.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all documentation is stored securely.
- Assist in project tasks as required.
- Ensure all communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Log program actions onto relevant platform.
- Support in the preparation of weekly programme reports and summaries.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Profile
A successful Project Admin Support should have:
- A strong understanding of administrative tasks within a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to commute to Bury daily.
Job Offer
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Office Based
Weekley pay
£100 to £120 per day
