We are delighted to support them as they grow their team, introducing a brand new Recruitment Co-ordinator role. THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE.

Working within a supportive team, the Recruitment coordinator will support a team of HRBPs, and lead in everything Recruitment!

• Working closely with stakeholders to manage and support/guide through recruitment process
• Job advertisements, ATS management and CV review
• Candidate communication and organising/attending interviews
• Manage the full candidate cycle - creating a strong and positive experience for each applicant
• Candidate attraction- a social media guru, who can promote employer brand and create talent pipelines
• Full onboarding process, paperwork, communications up to contract of employment
• References and compliance administration
• Support and lead inductions - they have a very strong induction process for new starters, and this person will be the face of the business during this process
• Represent the organisation with apprentice suppliers - schools, colleges, and interact with apprentices
• Represent the company at job fairs
• Works closely with HR BP team and cover for HR Co when on leave.
