The HR Manager is a crucial role that ensures the smooth running of the Human Resources department in the Insurance industry. This person must be credible, proactive and be able to carry out end to end HR and Payroll.

Description

  • Manage end to end payroll
    • Knowledge or Payroll systems (Moorepay preferably)
  • Must have a vast employment law knowledge
  • Manage the recruitment process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, must be approachable and knowledgeable

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Experience in end to end Payroll
  • Proven working experience in the a very generalist HR role.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and having credibility within the wider business.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Payroll systems and databases.
