Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with the TA leadership team to deliver a business plan aligned with the UK's TA strategy. They will manage senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective collaboration that meets business needs. Leading a team, they'll foster a high-performance culture, align individual performance with strategy, and manage coaching, appraisals, and development. The manager will also deliver a personal acquisition target, contributing to placements and pipeline building, while promoting a collaborative team environment. The role is based three days a week in the office and two days from home, with locations in Manchester, Birmingham, or London.Profile
The Talent Acquisition Manager will:- Have a successful track record in internal or agency recruitment
- Have a successful track record recruiting commercial or 360 recruitment positions
- Have a track record of implementing and delivering innovative recruitment strategy
- Have demonstrable experience of collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Have a track record of direct people management
- Have demonstrable evidence of successfully coaching and developing teams
- Be a self-starter, with a growth mindset and can-do attitude
